Private Pilates Sessions
Pilates
Pilates is an integrative exercise system that combines breathing patterns with movement. Emphasis is placed on working the whole body in a variety of movement sequences to improve body conditioning, posture, abdominal strength, body awareness, and coordination. The exercises, which are stress-free and non-impact, are performed on the floor and on specialized equipment with adjustable springs that regulate tension and resistance.

BodyWise Studio
BodyWise is a fully equipped studio with highly experienced and certified instructors: Donnella Wood, Stephanie Schaaf, Gina Frabotta, and Wendy Foster. (link to bios.). We offer private, semi-private, and group mat classes appropriate for all fitness levels including people who are recovering from injuries, athletes, and for those individuals desiring overall conditioning and an embodied-exercise experience.

Sessions and Rates
Sessions are offered Monday through Friday and on occasional Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons. Sessions are an hour in length and cost from $60 to $70 depending on the teacher. Discounts are available for individuals who purchase a group of classes.
Private Sessions are one-on-one with a BodyWise teacher. They are customized to meet clients' particular needs and goals. They include work on the mat and on the Pilates equipment.
Semi-private Sessions are 60 minutes classes with two or more people. They include work on the mat and on the Pilates equipment. $35 a person per session.
Independent Sessions allow individuals familiar with the Pilates vocabulary to workout independent of a Pilates instructor. Customized workouts are designed for each client. $20 per session. Discounts available for purchasing multiple sessions.
